We are based in Toronto, Canada. We ship worldwide with very few exceptions.

Q: What size glove should I order and how do I take care of it?
We currently offer Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large sizes. Glove fits true-to-size of most popular brands.
If you're in between sizes we recommend you go with the smaller size. The gloves naturally have a small tolerance to stretch and will get broken in once used.
To determine fit, measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger. Match your measurement to the key below:
Small: (18 - 18.5 cm) (7 - 7.3 in)
Medium: (18.5 - 19 cm) (7.3 - 7.5 in)
Large: (19.5 - 20 cm) (7.7 - 7.9 in)
X Large: (20 - 20.5 cm (7.9 - 8.1 in)

Q: Do you have Women's sizing?
Our current lineup, technically, is Men's sizing. While this is the case, our gloves absolutely work for Women as well. Women have found that Small and Medium sizes fit best, but refer to the measurements above. Also check our Glove Fitting & Care Guide for further details.
Q: How do returns/refunds and exchanges work?
Orders are eligible for return up to 14 days following purchase. Restrictions and limitations apply. Please see our Refund/Return Policy for details.
Q: What do I do if there are damaged or incorrect items in my order?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the best course of action on a case-by-case basis to ensure your issue is resolved quickly and with no cost to you.

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order for any reason please email info@leftbehindgolf.com immediately with a description of your issue.
There is no guarantee your order can be changed or cancelled after it is placed. An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it is fulfilled, which is within 1 business day of the order being placed.
