Q: Where are you based and where do you currently ship to?

We are based in Toronto, Canada. We now ship worldwide with very few exceptions. 

Q: How much does shipping cost, how long do orders take to be delivered, and how can I track my order?

Canada:

$10 CAD Flat-rate, Canada-Wide Express (1-4 Business days)

Free Shipping for orders over $75 (1-4 Business days)

USA:

$12 USD Flat-Rate Standard Shipping (5-8 Business days) 

$28 USD Flat-Rate Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

Free Shipping on orders over $60 USD (5-8 Business Days)

Intercontinental:

Rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. In most cases, multiple options will be available.

Q: How do returns/refunds and exchanges work? 

Orders are eligible for return up to 14 days following purchase. Restrictions and limitations apply. Please see our Refund/Return Policy for details.

Q: What do I do if there are damaged or incorrect items in my order?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the best course of action on a case-by-case basis to ensure your issue is resolved quickly and with no cost to you. Please take photos of the issue you’re reporting and send them to info@leftbehindgolf.com along with a brief description of the problem.

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order for any reason please email info@leftbehindgolf.com immediately with a description of your issue. There is no guarantee your order can be changed or cancelled after it is placed. This is because an order cannot be cancelled or changed after it is fulfilled, which is within 1 business day of the order being placed. 

Q: What size should I order and how do I take care of my glove?

We currently offer Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large sizes. Please refer to our Glove Fitting & Care Guide for details. Each glove product page also has a size guide in the photos. 

Q: Do you have Women's sizing?

Our current lineup, technically, is Men's sizing. While this is the case, our gloves absolutely work for Women as well. Women have found that Small and Medium sizes fit best, but refer to the measurements in our Glove Fitting & Care Guide.
