Refund policy
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our gloves.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Left Behind Golf purchase(s), you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@leftbehindgolf.com for the return address. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
All returned items must include valid and original packaging. Returned items will be inspected prior to any refund being issued. All items being returned must be unworn and unaltered, with all original labels attached.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days from the date of return for the refund to be applied to your account. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and your merchandise total has been refunded. Our apologies, but we do not refund the cost of shipping & handling for returned orders. Refund will be directly applied to the method of purchase.
Please note that Left Behind Golf is not responsible for returns lost in transit back to us.

Exchanges
We apologize but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We request that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item, if applicable (please see Returns section of this policy for details.)
Damage and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the best course of action on a case-by-case basis to ensure your issue is resolved quickly. Please take photos of the issue you’re reporting and send them to info@leftbehindgolf.com along with a brief description of the problem. We'll make sure to take care of you as best we can!
